Internet Idea
Smash burgers are great. Tacos are great. Combining them? Pretty great. Basically you start the smash burger normally, flip it, then cover with a tortilla to finish it. Then flip again to fry the tortilla – then top with cheese/sauce/lettuce etc. Its more effort than tacos, and more effort than smash burgers. But very delicious!…
