Day 15 – Nostalgia
I remember reading the Old Farmer’s Almanac many many years ago. Always got a kick out of the weather predictions and ads for cool things like boots and tillers.

Day 14 – Full Moon
Cropped down a bit for better effect. Note – that’s not a star to the right – that’s a “hot pixel”. (Yikes. )
-

Day 13 – Shades of Black and White
Went all kinds of “literal” on this theme – window shades. In black & white. Riveting, yes.

Day 11 – Mom
Kim had one wish for Mother’s Day – to take Noah to the ice cream stand. It was mayhem, but eventually he tasted his cookies and cream cone. Until it dripped on his hand and he dropped in the dirt.

Day 10 – Portrait
Here’s a portrait of Noah from last summer that was thrown into a calendar. So uh, its a portrait of a portrait, I guess.
-

Day 9 – Quotes
A quote from an ancestor – not one you ever heard in school. Beer was safer to drink than water at the time, so it was a very important decision by Bradford. (I learned much more about that watching How Booze Built America .)

Day 6 – Something About Me
I like to shoot with Pentax products. As if that wasn’t obvious. Thanks to Dad on that one – got me started with a 35mm camera – and I was sold.

Day 5 – Cinco De Mayo
Gringo Pete returns for Cinco De Mayo 2014! Here are some “stuffed peppers” I whipped up with some random stuff in the fridge. Came out very well, shockingly.

Day 4 – Close Up
Close up of disapproval. The Honey Badger was not pleased with his meal this evening.
