Pepper, Beer
Insanely huge, and quite delicious, red pepper. And a beer. I planned to use this good picture.. but its doctored and prefer the raw.. oddly huge pepper.

Ribs and things
Smoked some beef short ribs, italian sausage, and “country style” pork ribs.. the greenish things are kale chips, which possibly provided some healthy-ness.. but not likely.

Pan Roasted Chicken
There’s nothing exciting to see here, unless you could have tasted it. This Bon Appetit recipe for roasted thighs is essentially a mask for “fried thighs”. Magically delicious.

That’s the name of this terrific sandwich from Cuttys. Roast beef, 1000 island, brioche, sharp cheddar, crispy shallots. So. Good.
