An Adventure in Bagels
Gluten free and not total crap? Who knew! Of course, no boil, and no malt, this is no real bagel – but its round, has a chew, and does all other bagel duties just fine. I’m working with ChatGPT to improve the recipe a bit, too.

Miscalculated Cookies
Tried to put a spin on the crescent cookies – by going gluten free for Kim. Little did I realize, these things would not hold their form very well. So the crescents became.. blobs. Delicious blobs, at least. Just not good enough to share – next year!
