Inconvenient Storm
A surprise Boxing Day storm came up the coast and prevented our Christmas trip to NJ this year. Not so bad, as Christmas has lasted for over a month! Mental note, however – traffic looked horrible before the snow even flew. Will never plan to drive on 12/26 again.

Looking back a few days
The very odd “snowtober” storm that hit 10/29 into 10/30 wreaked havoc in the Northeast.. and it certainly sped up the leaf-fall-rate for this tree – which I shot 5 days ago. I couldn’t get to the same spot easily since clumps of snow and leaves were raining down on me.. seemingly aiming for the…
